Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By using Easy CRM 360 (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use it for a firm, you agree on the firm's behalf and confirm you may do so.

2. The service

Easy CRM 360 is a web-based customer relationship management tool for tracking companies, contacts, touchpoints, opportunities, tasks, campaigns and events.

3. Accounts and seats

  • Each person using the Service needs their own account. Accounts may not be shared.
  • The account owner and admins control who has access to the firm's data.
  • You are responsible for activity under your firm's accounts and for keeping sign-in details secure.
  • Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful content or content you have no right to use
  • Send unsolicited bulk email or email to people who have not agreed to hear from you
  • Attempt to reach other customers' data or interfere with the Service
  • Scrape the Service or resell it without written permission

5. Email campaigns

You are responsible for following anti-spam laws, including CAN-SPAM, for anything you send through the Service. Every campaign includes an unsubscribe link, and we may suspend sending for complaints or bounce rates that put deliverability at risk.

6. Your data

  • Your firm owns the data it puts into the Service. We use it only to provide the Service.
  • You can export or delete your data, and you can ask us to delete your account.
  • The Service's design, features and code are owned by Edgewater Media LLC.

7. Plans and billing

  • Trials last 14 days. After a trial, adding or changing records requires a paid plan.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly per seat, by card, through Stripe, with a 3-seat minimum.
  • You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period.
  • We will give 30 days' notice before any price increase.

8. Refunds

First-time subscribers may ask for a full refund within 14 days of their first paid charge by emailing hello@edgewater-media.com.

9. Availability

  • We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
  • Keep your own exports of data you depend on.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
  • After closure, data is deleted after 30 days unless you ask for immediate deletion.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the past 12 months.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to account owners. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
